Silly Club is a creative collective in Munich: several departments, one shared calendar. You can paint on canvas, mix natural cosmetics, blend your own fragrance or hand-paint clothing — whatever you're in the mood for. Our workshops are roaming pop-ups at changing venues around the city: beginner-friendly, materials and guidance included, and always with something handmade to take home.
Which creative workshop suits you?
Every Silly Club department has its own craft — and its own result you hold at the end. An overview:
- Silly Art: your own motif in acrylic on canvas, usually two to three hours
- Silly Lab: make natural cosmetics — lip balm with shea butter and beeswax, roll-ons, body butter and scrubs, 90 to 120 minutes
- Silly Scents: your own fragrance as a roll-on from 20+ natural essential oils, 60 to 90 minutes
- Silly Threads: paint clothing with traditional techniques, set wash-proof, two to three hours
DIY means you make it, we show you how
Nobody just watches. A maker explains every step, you do the work, and you decide how your result looks. We keep groups small so everyone gets attention and no question gets lost. No experience needed — most guests are trying their craft for the first time, and that's exactly what the workshops are built for.

Pop-up instead of a fixed studio
Silly Club travels around Munich as a roaming pop-up, from cosy cafés to concept stores. That makes each date a little event in a special place — and if you like one, the next one takes you somewhere new. The venue is always listed with the date. As a free club member you get the upcoming pop-ups once a month by email, instead of subscribing to five newsletters separately.
For groups, as a gift, or on your own
A creative workshop is surprisingly flexible: as a date, because making things makes talking easier. As part of a birthday or hen do. As a team event where everyone starts as a beginner. As a gift that's still on the shelf weeks later. And solo — coming alone is completely normal here; ten minutes in, the whole table is chatting.
How to get a spot
The fastest route is the pop-up page: every upcoming date with venue, time and price, bookable right there. If you already know your craft, start from the booking page and pick your department. Seats per date are limited because we deliberately stay small — for popular dates it pays to be early. For a whole group, ask us about a private workshop.
