Free membership — When you join Silly Club we collect your name (optional) and email address. We use this to send you a monthly email about upcoming pop-up workshops. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Contact by email — If you email us, we process your message and contact details solely to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

We retain membership data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter is resolved, unless retention is required by law.

We use the following services to operate this website. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy.

Supabase stores data in the EU (Frankfurt). Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States and process data under Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. Any analytics used are privacy-friendly and aggregate-only.

As a data subject you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
